Project Exit and Succession
My primary work is project advisory services around three types of exit and succession.
* First, as the primary deal advisor, I help clients to properly prepare for sale, build company value, negotiate the structure and terms of the deal and manage the process and teams from start to finish.
* Second, I help clients to build the management and leadership skills of the next generation, and structure and negotiate the transfer of control and equity.
* Third, I help clients with due diligence and negotiations to acquire assets and businesses.
Management Consulting
I regularly engage with clients in an on-going coaching capacity to help them address challenge and opportunity on strategic and financial issues, owner and family dynamics issues, value creation and future exit and succession planning.
Business Solution Guides
I am often asked to produce an expanded SWOT analysis allowing owners to benchmark their current enterprise. These guides are built to help prioritize efforts and focus resources on building competitive strength, solving acute challenges and taking advantage of opportunities in the marketplace. Each guide is custom built for each client and situation and can be used as a standalone resource or as the project plan for an implementation engagement.
