The communities in which we live and work have provided our family with a rich and rewarding life. It is essential to us to give back by volunteering, working to build and lead, consulting for and donating money to a variety of charities and non-profit organizations that have positively touched our lives and the lives of those around us.
I graduated from UC Davis with a business degree in Economics in 1988 and became a Business Banker, Officer and Branch Manager with Wells Fargo Bank and then Westamerica Bank. I was recruited to build one and turn around another professional staffing and executive search company and then became a Regional Vice President at Adecco before founding BSG Consulting in 2001.
